GoMassive Earth Network (GEN) is hiring a Community Manager to lead and scale its flagship Climate Accelerator and Fellowship programs. This is a high-impact, full-time role for someone passionate about climate innovation, community-building, and ecosystem development. Youll work closely with founders, investors, and global partners to shape one of Asia s largest climate-tech networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow our Climate Accelerator and Fellowship programs
- Build a dynamic network of founders, investors, analysts, and changemakers
- Design and execute high-quality ecosystem events, pitch days, and roundtables
- Drive engagement through newsletters, social media, and thought leadership content
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment, research, comms) and global partners (e.g., UNEP, Amazon)
- Manage external relationships with VCs, climate funds, corporates, and NGOs
Requirements
- Passionate about climate-tech and innovation
- Great at storytelling, ecosystem engagement, and program execution




- Active and articulate on social media and skilled platforms
- Excited to engage with founders, VCs, and policy stakeholders
- Self-driven with a founder mindset and ability to lead independently
- Minimum 2 years experience in venture capital, startup ecosystems, finance, or community-building roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities
- Interest in climate innovation, sustainability, and impact investing
- Proficiency in tools such as Slack, LinkedIn, Notion, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
- Background in investment research, climate finance, or financial content
- Experience managing startup or analytical communities
- Be at the core of India s climate-tech transformation
- Collaborate with global players like UNEP, Amazon, and IFC
