Role & Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper clamping.
- Perform tool offset and work offset corrections.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
- Check component dimensions and maintain required quality standards.
- Monitor tool condition and inform the supervisor about tool wear or machine issues.
- Follow CNC programs, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 year or more experience as a VMC/CNC Operator.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of VMC operation and CNC machining.




- Knowledge of tool offset and work offset correction.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controllers preferred.
- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates from nearby industrial areas are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
