Job OverviewWe are looking for a Recovery Associate to manage loan repayment follow-ups through outbound calling. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan or EMI payments, explaining outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

This is a voice-based recovery role and does not involve field collections. Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of calls, handling customer objections, and working towards monthly recovery targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue loan EMIs and pending payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and payment options.
- Follow up with customers to secure payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
- Handle customer queries related to loan repayments and overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.




- Track and monitor assigned loan portfolios to achieve collection targets.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during all customer interactions.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with customers.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, telecalling, customer service, NBFC, banking, fintech, or BPO processes.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and recovery targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Candidates based in Gurgaon/NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred.
- Preferred ExperienceLoan collections and recovery.

- Personal Loan, Business Loan, Consumer Loan, or Credit Card collections.
- NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Lending, or Call Center processes.
