We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling data entry, financial transaction records, and basic logistics documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, and a basic understanding of logistics and accounting processes. Knowledge of SAP is optional and will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel and internal systems.
* Handle financial transaction entries and maintain related documentation.
* Assist in preparing reports, reconciliations, and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
* Support basic logistics operations, including documentation, dispatch records, and inventory-related entries.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
* Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Use SAP for data entry and reporting, if applicable.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data formatting, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of financial transactions and logistics/warehouse documentation.
* Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
* B.Com Graduate (Mandatory)
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, accounting support, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
* SAP knowledge is optional and preferred.
