Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, style preferences, and desired outcomes
- Cut, trim, and style hair using a variety of techniques and tools
- Perform hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, full color, and color correction
- Provide chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments
- Recommend and sell hair care products, treatments, and services based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry products through ongoing education
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and rebooking
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a hairdresser, stylist, or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Familiarity with various hair types and textures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
