? Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

? Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound patient calls
- Manage new patient bookings and appointment confirmations
- Coordinate Holter, ELR, ABPM & Sleep Study appointments
- Coordinate with field technicians for installation & removal
- Follow up on pending cases and reports
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors and internal teams
- Update bookings and case status in CRM/software
- Handle WhatsApp communication with patients
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking to report delivery




- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/software
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Patient-friendly and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle multiple calls and cases
- Healthcare/diagnostic experience will be preferred
