Job Title: Solar Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Surat

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month + travel allowance + performance incentive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and solar installation teams

• Schedule site surveys, material deliveries and installations

• Maintain project, document, payment and lead records

• Follow up with current and existing solar customers

• Conduct local marketing visits and generate leads

• Visit builders, architects, electricians and businesses

• Support WhatsApp and social-media marketing

• Provide daily work and project-status updates

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate, Diploma or ITI qualification

• Solar or electrical knowledge preferred

• Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp knowledge

• Strong coordination and customer-follow-up skills

• Comfortable with office work and field visits

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
