Job Summary:We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring blue-collar candidates. The role involves field work, candidate mobilization, and end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

- Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, and vendors
- Visit nearby areas, villages, colleges, and industrial zones for candidate mobilization
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Ensure daily candidate lineups, selections, and joiners
- Maintain recruitment data and update in internal systems (MIS/ATS)
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining and documentation
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Build strong local network for continuous candidate pipeline
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel and do field work
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Preferred Profile:Experience in Manufacturing / Warehousing / Logistics hiring
- Local language proficiency is mandatory
