Core Responsibilities

1. ​Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Sourcing candidates via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna), local networking, referral programs, and campus hiring drives to keep the hiring pipeline filled.
2. ​Screening & Interviewing: Conducting initial phone screenings, assessing candidate interest, evaluating cultural fit, and coordinating interviews with Branch and Zonal Managers.
3. ​Advisor Onboarding & Licensing (Agency Channel): Sourcing prospective Insurance Advisors/POSPs, guiding them through regulatory documentation, and driving their completion of mandatory IRDAI licensing exams.
4. ​Background Verification & Offer Processing: Managing candidate documentation, coordinating background verification (BGV) checks, tracking offer generation, and handling pre-joining follow-ups.
5. ​Recruitment MIS & Dashboarding: Updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel trackers daily to monitor pipeline stages, candidate drop-offs, and time-to-fill metrics.
6. ​Stakeholder Coordination: Partnering with regional HR leads and branch sales heads to identify weekly headcount gaps and align sourcing strategies.
