•Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

•Convert leads into paid memberships.

•Follow up with prospective customers.

•Build strong customer relationships.

•Maintain customer data and call records.

•Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

•Resolve customer queries professionally.
