We are hiring a Telemarketing Executive for our digital marketing agency. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Candidates should have solid communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, Social Media, and Paid Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development)
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update client database/CRM
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Identify client needs and pitch relevant solutions
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
- Ability to handle objections and engage clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: PUC / Any Degree
- Experience: 0 – 5 Years (Freshers can apply)
- Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi
