- Visit customer locations to collect water, wastewater, food, soil, air and other samples as instructed.
- Safely transport samples from customer sites to the laboratory.
- Ensure samples are properly labelled, packed and handled during transportation.
- Complete sample collection forms, field records and customer acknowledgements.
- Deliver test reports, invoices and other documents to customers when required.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample collection schedules.
- Use Google Maps / smartphone for navigation and customer communication.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean and positive working condition.
- Maintain records of fuel, travel and vehicle usage.
- Assist the technical team during field sampling and site visits when required.
- Follow company safety, sample handling and quality procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and represent Falcon Lab professionally.
