? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction-related positions

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels

• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate with management and department heads for hiring requirements

• Handle multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures
