- Job ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
- Install IP cameras, analog cameras, PoE switches and related equipment.
- Perform CCTV troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
- Configure remote/mobile viewing and networking for CCTV systems.
- Check camera positioning, recording, storage and video quality.
- Perform regular CCTV preventive maintenance and camera cleaning.
- Diagnose cable, power supply, HDD, DVR/NVR and network-related issues.
- Visit customer sites for installation, service and AMC work.
- Maintain proper records of installation and service work.
- Provide professional technical support to customers.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, IP address and router configuration.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot CCTV faults.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with basic CCTV knowledge can also apply.
