Job Summary

Role: Internal Auditor. Location: Pune. Position: Deputy Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or MBA (any specialization).
- Domain experience: Must have a total experience of over 10 years in Internal Audit, of which at least 4 years in Infrastructure industry.
- Nice to have: EPC / Solar EPC industry experience.
- Worked for company/ies of over crs annual turnover.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal audit process setup and execution of the internal audit process for Enrich group.
- Responsible to bring a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of internal risk management, internal controls, and compliance of internal governance processes.
- Be the catalyst for organization wide improvement.
- Responsible to provide insight and make recommendations based on analyses and assessments of data and business processes, audit observations to Directors.
- Set and review periodic relevance of guidelines and policies, offer insights to Directors.




- Responsible for verification of process compliance at-site locations, offices and other identified place of Enrich business covering all functions.
- Provide observations and ensure action plan of corrective and preventive plan with respective function.
- Responsible to improve usage of IT and ERP systems to build robust data capturing and information systems.
- Responsible for ISO audit also.
Reporting
- Annual plan, set frequency of audit and realignment of frequency on annual basis.
- Monthly report on Audit plan, activity done, observations, tracking of action points, progress and escalations to Directors.
Developmental
- Improve organization wide process compliance and improvement.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve organizational growth.
Qualifications
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. Any Specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM Any Specialization
- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
