We're now building an AI Social Media Agent capable of researching trends, planning content, analyzing performance, and helping businesses grow across social platforms. We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media, excited by AI, and eager to build something that has never existed before.
About the Role
This is not a traditional social media management role.
You won't spend your day simply creating posts or scheduling content.
Instead,
you'll work alongside AI engineers to build an AI Social Media Agent that understands how successful creators and brands grow online. Your role is to translate social media knowledge into workflows, decision-making frameworks, and strategies that AI can learn and execute.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with AI engineers to build and improve our AI Social Media Agent.
- Research platform trends, algorithms, and creator strategies.
- Help AI understand how high-performing social media accounts grow.
- Translate successful content strategies into structured workflows.
- Validate AI-generated recommendations and continuously improve them.
- Identify repetitive social media tasks that can be automated.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content planning and social media execution.
