We are looking for an experienced Senior Edge Developer to join the Digital Team under Life Cycle Offerings. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on capability across the full industrial edge and connected systems technology stack—edge computing, industrial connectivity, cloud computing, API integrations, data processing, and multi-language software development. This role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining edge-centric connected solutions that support our digital products and lifecycle offerings.
Key Responsibilities

Cloud-Native Architecture & Development (Primary Focus)
- Design and build scalable,



cloud-native architectures for industrial IoT and connected solutions.
- Implement event-driven, microservices-based, and distributed systems.
- Develop solutions for:
- Real-time data ingestion and streaming
- Asynchronous messaging and event processing
- API-first system design
- Apply core cloud principles: scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.
- Implement these solutions on Azure using services such as:
- IoT Hub, DPS
- Event Hub / Service Bus
- Functions / App Services / Containers
- API Management
- Storage services

Connected Solution Development
- Develop and maintain end-to-end edge-to-cloud solutions, integrating edge devices, gateways, and cloud services.
- Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Enable data pipelines for streaming and batch processing.

Edge & Device Layer
- Develop edge applications with data ingestion,
