Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-centric web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency across products using established design systems and UI guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Identify UX issues and recommend improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.
- Maintain design standards,



patterns, and reusable components.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
- Robust proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Expertise in User Research, Wireframing, User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
- Good knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and UX best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to design handoff and collaboration with frontend development teams.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic frontend deve
