About the Role

The Learning& Capability Development Lead will be responsible for managing andcontinuously enhancing the Semiconductor BUs technical capability developmentframework. This role owns existing learning paths, training programs, internalprojects, and competency-building initiatives across ASIC Design, DesignVerification, DFT, and Physical Design domains.

Lead willcollaborate closely with engineering leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs),project teams, and talent acquisition to ensure training programs remainrelevant to evolving business and customer requirements while driving workforcereadiness and continuous upskilling across the BU.

KeyResponsibilities

1. LearningProgram Ownership

Own and manage learning and competency development programs acrossASIC Design, Design Verification, DFT, and Physical Design.

Ensure effective execution of fresher training, lateral upskilling,and deployment readiness programs.

Drive continuous improvement of learning effectiveness, programquality,



and measurable outcomes.

2. LearningPath Enhancement

Review and enhance existing learning paths based on projectrequirements, customer demands, emerging technologies, and delivery teamfeedback.

Identify skill gaps and recommend recent training modules, hands-onprojects, and assessments to address them.

3. InternalProject & Hands-On Learning Management

Manage project-based learning initiatives including IP- andSoC-level training projects.

Ensure training projects remain aligned with current industrypractices and customer expectations.

Coordinate with SMEs/Mentors for effective execution of internalprojects.

4. Stakeholder& SME Engagement

Collaborate with domain experts and technical leaders to validatetraining content, update learning paths, and support capability-buildinginitiatives.

Serve as the central coordinator for all capability developmentactivities across the Semiconductor BU.
