Builds and maintains individual AI agents and agent components under the guidance of senior engineers, focusing on tool integration, prompt-to-action pipelines, and testing of agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain AI agents using established frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, custom orchestration layers).
- Integrate tools, APIs, and data sources into agent tool-use pipelines.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests and evaluation harnesses for agent behavior.
- Debug agent failures, hallucinations, and tool-call errors; document root causes and fixes.
- Support senior engineers in deploying agents to staging and production environments.
- Follow secure coding, data-handling,



and model-usage standards.

Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of software engineering or ML engineering experience.
- Working proficiency in Python (or similar) and REST/GraphQL API integration.
- Basic understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, embeddings, tool/function calling.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on exposure to an agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
- Exposure to building or configuring agents/plugins on Microsoft 365 Copilot (Copilot Studio) and/or Anthropic Claude (API, Claude Agent SDK).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
