Job Description:

To oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring productive documentation, coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role focuses on achieving timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials while mitigating risks and aligning operations with organizational objectives. Additionally, maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports for senior management as required.

Primary & Secondary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and review logistics requests for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and the placement of vehicles for outbound deliveries.
- Proactively identify and mitigate logistics crises by implementing effective measures.
- Lead discussions with bidders to achieve optimal timelines.
- Oversee inland and overseas logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, freight forwarders, and CHAs.
- Review and verify EXIM documentation, including Bills of Entry,



Bills of Export, and other related documents.
- Manage and process timely payments to suppliers and service providers.
- Provide adequate data for EPCG, IGCR, and DGFT documentation, approvals, returns, and license maintenance.
- Provide cost estimations for project cargo and manage bulk material shipments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and customs-related requirements to avoid penalties.
- Organize export and import certifications for international shipments across various regions.
- Monitor shipment schedules, including urgent and high-priority orders, to meet project demands.
- Arrange and review documents such as Certificates of Origin, shipping permits, and customs clearance papers.
- Analyse and optimize shipping methods (Air, SEA LCL/FCL, Multimodal) based on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, track shipments in real time, and generate periodic performance reports.
