Role & responsibilities :

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop the overall marketing strategy for the company and individual real estate projects.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and project-wise marketing plans and budgets.
- Develop project positioning, USPs, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop brand guidelines, communication themes, campaign concepts, and marketing collateral.
- Manage brand reputation and market perception.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Drive qualified lead generation through digital, offline, outdoor, referral, channel partner, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively converted.
- Monitor the complete marketing-to-sales funnel and identify areas for improvement.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead digital marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube,



social media, websites, portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and conversions.
- Ensure project websites and landing pages are optimized for lead generation.
- Track digital performance through analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Conceptualize and execute launch campaigns, festive campaigns, project promotions, events, and tactical sales campaigns.
- Manage 360-degree campaigns covering digital, print, outdoor, radio, events, PR, influencers, and other relevant media.
- Develop campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Video Shoots of Project and Ongoing Brands
- Evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

4. Creative & Content Management
- Lead creative agencies, designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners.
- Approve marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, videos,
