Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance
Location: South Kolkata (Metro Cash & Carry, Singhabari)
Education : B.COM Honors is mandatory
Reporting to: Senior Manager Finance

Role & Responsibilities

 Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounts, ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and supporting management with financial data.

 Tally Operations: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including sales/purchase entries, bank reconciliation (BRS), and voucher maintenance in Tally Prime.

 GST Compliance: Handle GST registration, filing of GSTR-1, 3B, and GSTR-9, and invoice mapping.

 Taxation: Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and payment.

 Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, inventory management, and preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

 Documentation:



Maintain compliance documents, invoices, and audit supporting records. Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience: 6-7 years in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, Auditing and statutory compliance.

 Software: Proficiency in Tally (Prime) is mandatory; MS Advance Excel knowledge is highly preferred.

 Education: B.Com/M.Com.

 Knowledge: Understanding of GST Filling, GST Reconciliation, TDS Reconciliation, Auditing, Income Tax regulations, and Accounting Principles.

 Skills: Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
