Role Description
The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships,
and promoting PILON ENGINEERING’s products and solutions across targeted markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and executing market plans, coordinating sales campaigns, and supporting technical teams in presenting solutions to prospective clients. The Sales Marketing Executive will prepare proposals, track sales performance, participate in industry events, and provide regular reports and insights to management. Collaboration with engineering and operations teams is key to ensuring that customer requirements are understood, addressed, and converted into sustainable business. Preparation of technical and commercial offers, managing the master data sheets, updating the CRM etc.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Planning skills to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
