osition: Product Designer / Industrial Designer

Job Purpose

To drive user-centric product design and innovation for new product development, while preserving design intent and delivering aesthetically appealing, functional, and market-relevant product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain design intent throughout the Current Product Development (NPD) process in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Apply design thinking and user-centric design principles to identify customer needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
- Conduct user and market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into innovative product concepts.
- Develop product styling, form, aesthetics, techno-aesthetic details, fit, and functionality.
- Lead development of models, prototypes, and concept validation to evaluate product desirability, usability, and functionality.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Marketing,



and other CFT members to ensure successful product development without compromising design intent.
- Track emerging design trends, technologies, and industry developments and incorporate relevant ideas into product solutions.
- Create and present new product concepts and finalized design solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop product graphics and visual concepts aligned with the company's future product pipeline.
- Contribute to the development of future innovation pipelines, design libraries, and sample/component libraries.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Design is required.
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Transportation Design, or a related discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience in product/industrial design and new product development will be preferred.
