About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Shooter & Editor who can handle the complete video production process — from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, events, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting
- Plan and shoot high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video equipment effectively.
- Identify creative angles, compositions, transitions, and shots that make content visually appealing.
- Capture engaging short-form content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand the objective of each video.

Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into engaging, professional, and platform-ready videos.




- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, event highlights, and campaign content.
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, transitions, animations, and other creative elements.
- Ensure videos maintain proper pacing, storytelling, branding, and visual consistency.
- Adapt videos into different formats and dimensions based on platform requirements.

Creative Responsibilities
- Generate fresh and innovative video concepts and content ideas.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, editing styles, and content trends.
- Experiment with new storytelling techniques, transitions, hooks, and visual styles.
- Convert marketing ideas into creative and engaging visual content.
- Bring a solid creative eye and unique perspective to every project.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Media, Digital
