Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
- Supervise production operations, monitor productivity, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth shift management and resolve any issues that may arise during the day.
- Plan and execute shift changes effectively, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in textile & apparel industry or related field.
- Solid skills in daily production planning, production handling, production management, production operations, production supervising, shift management, shift planning.
