1. Monitor all in-house patients during night hours and ensure their safety and comfort
2. Conduct night rounds and check patient status, updating patients regarding special procedures such as Basti, Virechan, and Vaman including vital signs
3. Handle patient concerns, complaints, or emergencies promptly
4. Coordinate with on-call doctors for any clinical decisions or escalations
5. Ensure proper administration of prescribed medicines
6. Ensure readiness for early morning Panchakarma procedures (e.g., Vaman, Virechan, Basti)
7. Coordinate with the front office/operation manager incase of medical emergency during night hours
8. Updating IP files, including discharge summaries and ICP documentation
9. Prepare and hand over a detailed report to the morning RMO/doctor regarding all updates, incidents, and patient progress.
