Job Summary
The Site Operations & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day supply, logistics, material movement, and operational activities at the NTPC plant site. The role requires regular coordination with NTPC officials, transporters, contractors, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of the Company's supply operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of supply vehicles at the NTPC plant site.
- Liaise with NTPC officials, transporters, contractors, drivers, and other concerned authorities to ensure smooth site operations.
- Supervise material unloading activities and ensure proper and timely execution of site-related operations.
- Monitor material supply, movement, quantity, and availability while ensuring compliance with NTPC and Company procedures.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics personnel to ensure timely and effective movement of materials.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain all site-related documentation, including acknowledgements, challans, reports,



gate passes, delivery records, and other operational documents.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, material receipt, dispatch, unloading, shortages, delays, and other site activities.
- Handle day-to-day operational matters related to the Company's material supply and logistics activities at the NTPC plant.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues, delays, shortages, vehicle-related concerns, and material discrepancies.
- Provide timely updates to Management regarding daily site operations, material movement, vehicle status, delays, shortages, and other important site-related matters.
- Ensure strict compliance with NTPC site regulations, safety guidelines, statutory requirements, and Company policies.
- Maintain professional coordination and communication with all site stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
