We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will possess robust hands-on expertise in Python and Generative AI, complemented by a robust foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Transformer-based architectures.
This is a highly hands-on role that requires operating as a strong individual contributor while also demonstrating the ability to lead at a solution level. The individual will collaborate closely with CPOs and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of features and solutions from problem definition and model development through to API design, cloud deployment, and performance optimizationensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI systems.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Translate business problems into AI architectures and technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery including development, APIs, deployment, and scaling.
