- Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for agrochemical R&D;, technical, formulation, and product launch initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with study teams, supply chain, business development, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of milestones.
- Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
