Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, managing outbound and inbound calls, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, present product solutions,



and schedule product demos or meetings for the field sales or technical teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, handling basic customer queries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process. The role also requires meeting sales targets, preparing regular reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end sales activities and work toward defined targets.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct clear conversations, manage objections, and maintain positive customer relationships.
