Job Summary

WebAstral InfoSystems is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Lead with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the SEO team, developing and implementing SEO strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing performance, and leveraging AI tools to improve SEO outcomes and productivity.

We are looking for someone who combines robust technical SEO knowledge with leadership, strategic thinking, client communication, and AI-driven SEO expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites and clients.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and International SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SEO audits.




- Develop keyword strategies based on search intent, competition, business goals, and traffic potential.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Identify technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, website structure, Core Web Vitals, page speed, redirects, canonicalization, schema, and sitemap optimization.
- Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams.
- Review SEO deliverables prepared by team members and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on the latest SEO techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Client Management & Communication
- Handle regular client calls, meetings, and discussions related to SEO performance and strategy
