POSITION TITLE: Executive

DEPARTMENT: Customer Care

PROCESS: Voice Process (Inbound / Outbound)

LOCATION: Chennai

POSITION OVERVIEW

The primary role of the Customer Care Officers is to receive inbound calls and handle customer/claimant queries

JOB SPECIFICATION
- Receive and handle inbound calls from customers/hospitals/agents/sales managers and branch managers, etc.
- Record customers complaints & requests.
- When required support with outbound calls to customers/claimants.
- Follow up certain customers/internal departments based on claims, requests or complaints until finding a solution.
- Maintain effective and effective work processes and procedures complying with Standard Operational Procedure requirements.
- Remain aware and knowledgeable of competitive products and practices (Training would be imparted)
- Meeting KPIs.
- Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employees skills and experience

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Experienced 2 to 5 yrs.



relevant experience
- Language Preferences – Hindi / Malayalam speaking with good English communication
- Degree/Diploma [*Candidates with Arrears can also apply]

SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Active listening skills
- Good communication
- Basic level of computer literacy –(MS Office – Word & Excel)
