- 18 SQL Server Instances
- Approximately 350 Databases
- From Google Compute Engine (GCE)
- To AlloyDB for PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing SQL Server landscape, including databases, HA/DR, performance, and dependencies.
- Analyze SQL Server replication (Transactional, Merge, Always On, etc.) and recommend equivalent PostgreSQL/AlloyDB architectures.
- Assess application dependencies, SQL Server-specific features, stored procedures, SQL Agent Jobs, SSIS packages, and remediation requirements.
- Define target-state AlloyDB architecture covering HA, DR, security, performance, and data synchronization.
- Recommend modernization opportunities for databases and applications.
- Prepare migration strategy,



effort estimates, roadmap, risks, assumptions, and inputs for the Statement of Work (SOW).

Engagement Details
- Approximately 4+ hours of support per day.
- Participation in US morning meetings and occasional meetings during India business hours.
- Immediate onboarding preferred.
- Hourly Rate:(inclusive of TDS deductions).
- NDA will be shared and must be completed prior to onboarding.
