Role Description
The STEM Program Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing astronomy and STEM education programs. This role involves designing curriculum and activities for school outreach, astronomy labs, and DIY kits,



as well as coordinating portable planetarium events and workshops. The STEM Program Manager will collaborate with educators, school administrators, and internal teams to schedule programs, manage logistics, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning experiences. Daily tasks include overseeing program operations, training facilitators, tracking outcomes, and preparing reports and documentation to improve program effectiveness. The role also includes engaging with partners and stakeholders, collecting feedback from participants, and supporting marketing and awareness initiatives that promote Navars Spacetech’s educational offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in STEM education, preferably with experience in astronomy, space science, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated program or project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating educational activities and events.
