We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has robust hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and understands how to plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with lead-generation campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, testing creatives and audiences, and continuously improving campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads – Primary Responsibility
- Plan, create, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Conversions, WhatsApp, Traffic, Engagement, and Sales.
- Develop campaign structures based on client objectives, target audience, budget, and industry.
- Create and manage Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads within Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct audience research and create:




- Custom Audiences
- Lookalike Audiences
- Retargeting Audiences
- Interest/Behaviour-based audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, offers, and campaign structures.
- Identify underperforming campaigns/ad sets/ads and take corrective actions.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality.
- Monitor frequency, audience saturation, learning phase, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to provide requirements for ad creatives, videos, reels, banners, and ad copies.
- Develop effective ad copy, headlines, primary text, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions API, and conversion tracking where required.
- Troubleshoot common Meta Ads
