As a Sr Full Stack Engineer, you will build end-to-end features across an Angular front end, a .NET Core middle tier and a SQL Server data tier inside a live clinical platform. You will take clinical workflow requirements that are roughly, not fully,
defined and turn them into working screens, APIs and data access that hold their performance budget under real load. You will own the features that touch protected health information, which is work that cannot be handed offshore.
You will set drive the technical direction for a small pod, review its pull requests, and pair with the clients engineers so the code you add looks like it belongs in their codebase. Expect to spend part of every week with product and clinical stakeholders resolving the ambiguity in a requirement rather than waiting for someone to resolve it for you.
