Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead for our Real Estate

Sales division. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team

of sales agents, ensuring that sales targets are met and that the team operates

efficiently and effectively. The role combines leadership, sales strategy, and

customer relationship management to drive the success of the sales team in a

dynamic and competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and the

team as a whole.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance team

performance and skills.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to track

progress, provide feedback, and address challenges.

2. Sales Performance & Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed

company targets.

Monitor and analyze the teams sales performance, identifying areas

for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Guide team members in the prospecting, qualification, and closing of

deals.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to

adjust strategies accordingly.

Report regularly on sales performance and forecasts to senior

management.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Oversee high-value or complex client transactions to ensure successful

outcomes.

Assist team members in resolving difficult client issues or escalations.

Maintain and build relationships with key clients, developers, investors,

and other industry stakeholders.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting:
