Job Description

Nexzu Mobility builds electric cycles for India — the Stormrider fat-tyre commuter, the Stormboy for kids and teens, and the Roadlark Cargo for last-mile delivery. We are part of a vertically integrated group: our battery packs are manufactured in-house at our Chakan facility, and our cycles run in commercial rental fleets across Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry and our own website, alongside a growing dealer network. We are scaling from 19 orders a month to 100, and we are hiring the person who will own that number.

The Role:You will own every rupee of online revenue and every rupee of online ad spend — a growing monthly media budget across Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, Meta and Google, with an ambitious order target on a ₹40,000+ product.



This is a hands-on role: you will work daily in Seller Central and Ads Manager, brief and manage an external creative agency, and be measured on cost per order and net revenue, not impressions, reach or leads.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Performance

· Own Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub end to end: listings, A+ content, pricing, buy box, inventory health, returns, and account metrics

· Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, and Flipkart PLA

· Own the Firstcry channel for the Stormboy range

· Drive keyword research, listing optimisation, and review management

Paid Media

· Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google campaigns on conversion objectives

· Manage the external creative agency: briefs, deadlines, quality control, and performance accountability

· Own budget pacing and spend discipline
