Job Summary

Join the Technical Department as a Civil Engineering fresher and assist with technical coordination, documentation, product support, product demonstrations, and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Department with day-to-day technical coordination and product support activities.
- Support preparation and maintenance of technical documents, product records, reports, and site-related documentation.
- Assist senior technical team members during product trials, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Provide basic product application support under the guidance of senior technical personnel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Production, and other internal teams for technical requirements.
- Assist in recording site observations, customer feedback, application details, and technical issues.
- Support preparation of technical presentations, product comparison notes, and application guidelines.
- Help maintain updated technical data sheets, method statements, test reports, and related records.




- Participate in product learning and internal technical training programs.
- Travel to project sites when required for technical support and learning.

Preferred Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Required Skills / Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering, concrete, waterproofing, repair, flooring, tile fixing, or construction-site practices will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and documentation.
- Willingness to learn construction chemical products and their applications.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
