We are hiring a hands-on Revenue Generation Expert and direct commercial operator to own, optimize, and scale our complete post-lead revenue engine. This is an internal, execution-heavy role for a system builder-not a management consulting or advisory position. Owning everything after a lead enters the funnel, you will directly manage Revenue Operations (RevOps), optimize sales conversion, engineer customer retention playbooks, and maximize gross margins across U.S. commercial markets. Working directly in systems and utilizing daily AI workflows, you will be held accountable for hard unit economics: first-payment conversion, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn reduction, and net profit. Mission Direct Execution Responsibilities
- Sales Conversion Pipeline Execution: Directly manage post-lead sales performance-auditing sales calls, optimizing closing processes, enforcing team SLAs, and improving first-payment conversion rates.




- RevOps System Architecture: Personally build, configure, and optimize Revenue Operations (RevOps) workflows, CRM stages, collections pipelines, and real-time revenue reporting dashboards.
- Customer Lifecycle Retention Systems: Design and execute hands-on onboarding protocols, automated upsell/cross-sell triggers, win-back campaigns, and churn mitigation frameworks to expand Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Unit Economics Pricing Discipline: Conduct continuous pricing optimization and unit economic analysis to protect gross margins and increase revenue per customer and salesperson.
- AI-Native Process Building: Deploy daily AI tools and automation engines to streamline data analysis, automated forecasting, customer health tracking, and operational efficiency.
