As we scale, we're looking for an
HR Manager
who can take ownership across
Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and HR Strategy.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and build HR processes in a fast-moving EdTech environment.

What You'll Own

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Academic Counseling, Technology, Product, Content, Marketing and corporate functions.
- Lead both individual and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selections, negotiate offers and manage onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Support employer branding and candidate experience.

HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and implement structured HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee documentation, onboarding, background verification and exits.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and HRMS processes.
- Support compliance related to PF, ESI, POSH and applicable labour regulations.
- Help establish strong employee and student-safety practices.

Performance & Culture
- Support performance management and review processes.
- Develop initiatives around employee engagement, rewards and recognition.
- Support learning, development and leadership initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Help build a culture that combines
performance, accountability and empathy.

HR Analytics & Strategy
- Track significant HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Support workforce planning as Lernzo expands.
