About the Role:

We are looking for a Business & Partnerships Lead (IPO Advisory) to build and manage a network of advisors, intermediaries, and corporate stakeholders, converting these relationships into IPO and fundraising mandates. This is a client-facing advisory role suited to someone who can engage credibly with senior stakeholders, understand complex fundraising needs, and position Getfive as a trusted partner in their capital-raising journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand relationships with promoters, corporate advisors, investment professionals, intermediaries, and other ecosystem participants to identify potential transaction and fundraising opportunities.

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, capital requirements, transaction plans, and potential areas for collaboration.
3. Participate in strategic discussions around IPOs, pre-IPO fundraising, private capital raising, and related advisory opportunities, working closely with internal teams to assess potential mandates.
4. Build a strong network of long-term institutional and skilled relationships across the investment banking and capital-markets ecosystem.
5. Represent Getfive in client and partner meetings, articulating service offerings and current mandates to uncover genuine, well-matched opportunities for collaboration.
6. Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with partners and prospects through informed follow-ups, relevant market insights, and consistent, value-driven engagement.

Qualification and Requirements:
- MBA in Finance. Strong foundation of capital market is a plus.
