Job Summary :

As a React JS Web Developer/Lead , you will be responsible for designing and developing agile web applications using React.js . You will work on both the client-side and front-end architecture, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-performance user experience. As a Lead , you will provide technical leadership to a team of developers, mentor junior team members, and ensure that best practices in development, testing, and deployment are followed.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Front-End Development :
- Design, develop, and implement front-end architecture using React.js to create scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them efficiently.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js , Redux , and other front-end technologies.
2. Project Leadership (For Lead Role):
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentorship,



and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, to deliver high-impact features.
- Help define the technical roadmap, project timelines, and feature specifications.
- Take ownership of major technical decisions and implement best practices in front-end development.
- Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and maintain efficient development workflows.
3. Integration and API Communication :
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic via RESTful APIs and GraphQL .
- Work with the back-end team to optimize and maintain data flow between the front-end and back-end.
- Manage and monitor API calls to ensure performance and reliability of the application.
