We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day invoice processing, vendor relations, payment scheduling, and ledger reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain payment schedules, prepare weekly/monthly payout batches, and process electronic payments (NEFT/RTGS/Wire).
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate tax deductions at source (TDS/GST compliance as applicable) on payable invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, variance analysis, and ledger audit preparations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of direct experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance team role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
