About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for our digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, website, and brand communication.

The candidate should have a robust understanding of visual design, typography, layouts, branding, and digital marketing creatives, along with the ability to turn marketing ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Create graphics for digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Design website banners, promotional banners, landing-page visuals, and other web graphics.
- Create creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online campaigns.
- Develop product promotional creatives for pharmaceutical,



nutraceutical, and healthcare products.
- Design creatives for trade shows, exhibitions, events, and company promotions.
- Create brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and develop suitable creatives.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity, colours, fonts, and visual guidelines.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats according to various digital platforms.
- Handle multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing creative formats.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW and/or Canva
- Good understanding of Typography, Colour Theory, Composition, and Layout
- Experience in cr
