Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and digital channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budget to recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels and other travel-related services.
- Prepare customised itineraries, quotations and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant travel products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records in the CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products, packages, promotions and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of customer bookings.




- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales and booking journey.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in travel sales, holiday sales, B2C sales, hospitality, aviation, hotel sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and demonstrable sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid selling, negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused, but equally comfortable working towards sales and revenue targets.
- Good understanding of domestic and/or international travel destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into appropriate travel solutions.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and proactive; should not require constant supervision.
- Robust attention to detail while preparing itineraries, quotations
