Position: Production Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Manager to coordinate daily production activities, manage the production team, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Monitor product quality and ensure required standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Sales, and other departments.
- Monitor raw material availability and minimize wastage.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.




- Monitor machine usage and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper workplace safety and discipline.
- Support process improvements to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare regular production updates for Management.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in the textile industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and workflow management.
- Positive team coordination and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
