Job Overview

Ethical Den is looking for confident and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our International Sales team.

This is an International Outbound Voice Process role focused on communicating with prospective business clients across the UK, USA, and Australian markets.

The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients through outbound calls, understand their business requirements, introduce Ethical Den's software and digital services, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

We are particularly interested in candidates who already have experience communicating with international customers or clients through a BPO, call center, telesales, or international voice process.





Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK, USA, and Australian markets.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international prospects.
- Introduce and explain the company's software, website development, digital, and technology services.
- Understand prospective clients' business requirements and identify relevant service opportunities.
- Generate interest in the company's services through effective conversations.
- Qualify potential leads based on their requirements, budget, interest, and business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or appointments with interested prospects.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
